Four steps to your first tour
Every step happens in the app.
Apply
Tap "Become a tour leader" in your profile. You give your identity and documents and sign the agreement with an SMS code. Your draft saves itself, and you can finish on another phone within 30 days.
Review and verified badge
You get the result by SMS and notification. If a document has a problem, you fix only that one. Once approved, a verified badge shows on your public profile.
Build your tour
You build the tour in five steps and keep it as a draft for as long as you like. When it is complete, you publish it.
Manage bookings
You approve or decline requests and stay in touch with your travelers until the day of the trip.
Bookings, passengers and messages in one place
Request queue
See requests filtered as All, Awaiting review and Answered, and approve with one tap. When you decline, you write the reason.
Know the traveler
Each request shows whether the traveler is new or has a record of paying on time.
Payment review
If a traveler pays by direct transfer, you see the receipt and either confirm the money arrived or ask for a corrected receipt.
Manual bookings
Add your Telegram and Instagram passengers to the same tour with a name, a phone number and a seat count.
Messages to travelers
Use ready templates such as a departure reminder or a change of plan, or write your own, and send now or schedule. Messages reach travelers inside the TourOn app only.

What does TourOn do for tour leaders?
TourOn is a group-travel app. A tour leader builds a tour in five steps, publishes it in the TourOn catalog, approves or declines booking requests and keeps the passenger list in one place.
Where do I start?
Install the TourOn app (on Android from Cafe Bazaar or the direct APK), sign in with your mobile number and tap "Become a tour leader" in your profile. Every step of the application happens in the app.
What does it take to become a tour leader on TourOn?
You submit your identity and documents in the app and sign the contract with an SMS code. The TourOn team reviews the application and, once approved, a verified badge appears on your public profile.
Does listing a tour on TourOn cost anything?
There is no cost until a booking is confirmed. The service fee applies only to confirmed bookings, and you can ask the TourOn team for the rate and terms before you start.
How long does the review take?
You get the result by SMS and notification, so you do not need to wait inside the app. If a document needs a fix, you resend only that part and do not start over.
What happens to my Telegram and Instagram passengers?
Keep selling there if you like. Use "Add manual booking" to put those passengers on the same tour, so the seat count and the passenger list stay in one place.
Can I build tours on a laptop?
Not yet. Creating and editing tours happens only in the app. Day-to-day work, such as bookings and reviews, is also possible in the web panel.
Can I text my travelers?
Not yet. Messages reach travelers inside the TourOn app only.
I have an iPhone. What do I do?
The native iOS app has not been released. On an iPhone you use the TourOn web app and add it to your Home Screen from Safari.
