Group costs, no arguments
Anyone logs a cost the moment it happens, and TourOn keeps everyone's balance.
Anyone logs a cost
Dinner, fuel or lodging: any member of the group logs it on the spot, and everyone's balance stays current.
Split it any way
Equally, by shares, by exact amounts or by percentage. You see each person's share before you save.
Fewest transfers
When the trip ends, TourOn nets every debt so each person makes as few bank transfers as possible.
Payments the receiver confirms
You make the transfer in your own bank app and tap "I paid". It counts once the person receiving the money confirms it arrived.
Works offline
Costs wait in a visible queue and sync on their own when the phone is back online.
Group tours from verified tour leaders
You see the price per person, the plan and the leader before you book. You send a request first, and payment comes after the leader approves.
Find a tour
Browse group tours and check the price per person, the plan and the leader.
Send a booking request
Start with your phone number and an SMS code, in the app or right here on the site. You don't need to install the app.
The leader approves
The tour leader reviews your request. Until they approve it, there is no payment.
Pay after approval
Once approved, your seat is held until the deadline shown on your booking.
After booking, everyone in one room
Every confirmed booking and every private event gets a group room, so nobody has to swap phone numbers.
An Experience Room for every booking
You, your fellow travelers and the leader share one room. Text, photos, locations and voice messages stay there.
Leader announcements with read confirmation
The leader posts an announcement and sees how many people have read and confirmed it.
Private messages to a co-traveler
Message anyone on the same tour or event privately, away from the group.
PartyBox
In private events, everyone listens to the same song together on their own phone. It is free, with no paid tier.
Do you run tours?
Once your application is approved, your traveller account upgrades to a leader account, and all your trips and friends stay where they are.
- You decide which booking requests to accept
- Add travelers who booked outside TourOn to the same list
- Message every traveller on a tour inside the app

How are tour leaders verified?
Leaders apply with identity documents and the TourOn team reviews them. An approved leader carries a verified badge on their public profile.
